NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The following Promotion (defined below) is intended for participants in the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this Promotion if you are not a legal U.S. resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules (“Official Rules“) below. ENTRANTS ARE PROVIDING INFORMATION TO “SPONSOR” (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM MENTIONED IN ANY CALL-TO-ACTION POST.

1. DESCRIPTION: The ” eBay Motors + HARDY Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes“) begins on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will consist of thirty-four (34) individual week long entry periods (each an “Entry Period“) that will occur periodically throughout the Sweepstakes Period, and one (1) grand prize drawing (the “Grand Prize Drawing“) at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Each Entry Period will begin with an Entry Period announcement (the “Entry Period Announcement”) and will end at 11:59pm ET on the seventh calendar day following the Entry Period Announcement. All dates are subject to change, and any changes will be updated in these Official Rules and shared via the Website, as specified below. ALL Entry Period entries, as defined below, WILL NOT roll over to any other Entry Period, however each Entrants first Entry Period entry, regardless of the first Entry Period entered by Entrant, will be entered as the Entrants one (1) original entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Bonus Entries into the Grand Prize Drawing may be earned as detailed in Section 3 below.

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is eBay Inc. (“eBay”) d.b.a eBay Motors, 2025 Hamilton Ave., San Jose, CA 95215 (“Sponsor“). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative Zing Promotion Group, LLC, 2100 E. Robinson St., Orlando Fl 32803 (“Administrator“). The Sponsor and Administrator will collectively be referred to as the (“Sweepstakes Entities”). Michael Hardy (the artist p/k/a as HARDY), and Big Loud Records are not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or the selection of the winners (as described below).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state/territory of primary residence at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sweepstakes Entities, Big Loud Records, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies together with the immediate family members (parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses; and/or those living in the same household of such persons for at least three months a year (collectively, “Household Members”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. Sweepstakes prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold or bartered.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Entrants may receive one (1) original entry into both an Entry Period and the Grand Prize Drawing via two (2) methods of entry (each an “Entry Method” and collectively “Entry Methods”), as described below:

ENTRY METHOD ONE – TEXT MESSAGE ENTRY VIA A MOBILE DEVICE: During an Entry Period, following an Entry Period Announcement, an eligible Entrant may enter by text messaging, from their wireless mobile device as follows:

1. Text the keyword shared in, and as presented in the corresponding Entry Period Announcement, to short code “55433” (the “Short Code”). DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DASH OR SPECIAL CHARACTERS.
2. Receive an automated text reply from Sponsor asking for Entrant’s email address.
3. Reply with email address.
4. Receive an automated text reply from Sponsor asking for additional Entrant info as listed in the reply text.
5. Reply with the requested information, if applicable; and
6. Receive an automated text reply from Sponsor confirming receipt of entry (each an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”) into the corresponding Entry Period, and if the Entrant’s first overall Entry, initial Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

IMPORTANT: Proof of sending a text message to the Short Code is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. You may receive up to ten (10) text messages in response, including legal disclaimers and options to receive future promotional text messages from Sponsor. You may opt-out of receiving future messages at any time by sending the word “STOP” to the Short Code. If an Entrant sends an opt-out text message, they will be sent a reply text message, which will confirm that they have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. PLEASE NOTE: AGREEING TO RECEIVE FUTURE UPDATES WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

The text messaging method of Entry is designed to work with most of the major wireless service providers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the mobile phone that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrants should check their phone’s features to see if they have that capability. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless service providers may charge Entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Each text message must be manually key-stroked/entered by the Entrant. In case of a dispute as to the identity of a text message Entrant, the Entry will be declared made by the primary account holder of the account associated with the phone used to enter, based on the applicable phone company’s records. Each potential winner may be required to provide proof to Sponsor that they are the primary account holder.

Network service for transmission of text messages may be interrupted or unavailable due to, but not limited to, atmospheric or topographical conditions, governmental regulations, or orders, or system capacity limitations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for message delivery or timeliness of messages, or for the availability of messaging services at all times.

ENTRY METHOD TWO – WEBSITE ENTRY VIA ENTRY FORM: During an Entry Period, following and Entry Period Announcement, an eligible Entrant may enter by visiting https://www.ebaymotorsblog.com/motors/blog/HardyTruckGiveaway (the “Website”) and following the on-screen instructions to access the entry form. Entrant must provide all of the information requested, including but not limited to full name, phone number and email address, then click the provided enter button to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period, and if the Entrant’s first overall Entry, initial Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit one (1) Entry per Entry Period, regardless of Entry Method, and one (1) Entry Method Entry total into the Grand Prize Drawing. Entrant’s first overall Entry by either Entry Method into an Entry Period will act as Entrant’s initial Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Any subsequent Entry Method Entries will only apply to the corresponding Entry Period. Entrant may only receive one (1) Grand Prize Drawing Entry via an Entry Method.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING BONUS ENTRIES: Entrants may receive bonus entries (each, a “Bonus Entry” and collectively, “Bonus Entries”) into the Grand Prize Drawing during the Sweepstakes Period via, but not limited to the following, and will receive one (1) Bonus Entry for each successfully completed:

• Click a link provided by Sponsor to download the eBay app (The App is available for free. Standard data rates may apply to download).
• Click to follow the Sponsor on Instagram, Facebook, or any other Sponsor social media platform (Registration on each social media platform is free as of publication of these Official Rules and can be obtained at the applicable social media platform website). Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the social media account associated with the Bonus Entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed the natural person in whose name the email account associated with the social media account was opened.
• Click to take advantage of a coupon/offer presented by Sponsor.
• Additional Bonus Entries will be available during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrant will be required to respond to the Bonus Entry mechanic as communicated in the Bonus Entry call to action post.

Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per Bonus Entry method into the Grand Prize Drawing.

All Grand Prize Drawing Entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on December 10, 2023.

If Entries or Bonus Entries exceed the applicable Entry limitations for the corresponding drawing, the Entrant may be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries and/or Bonus Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entrants must accurately provide all of the requested information to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible Entries or Bonus Entries will be disqualified. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Entry Period: Following the conclusion of each Entry Period, a Sponsor representative will randomly select one (1) potential winner for an Entry Period Prize, as detailed in Section 6 below, from all eligible Entries for the corresponding Entry Period (each, a “Entry Period Winner”). Potential Entry Period Winners will be notified by SMS text or phone call at the phone number used for text Entry Method, or email via the email address provided via Website Entry. Each potential winner is responsible for checking their spam filter for email notification. For phone notification, phone number must be able to receive calls from a blocked or unknown number. Potential winner must answer the phone and accept the phone notification. The Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability for any call that is lost, dropped, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. The potential Winners will be required to respond (as directed) by the provided deadline to respond to the notification, as indicated in the applicable method of notification. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the corresponding prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected and contacted, time permitting. Each potential Entry Period Winner will be required to confirm eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules via a reply to the notification message. Upon verification of eligibility, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Entrant will be confirmed as an Entry Period Winner.

Grand Prize Drawing: Following the conclusion of the Grand Prize Drawing Period at 11:59pm ET on December 10, 2023, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator from among all eligible Grand Prize Drawing Entries. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email via the email address provided at the time of Entry. Each potential Winner is responsible for checking their spam filter. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within three (3) days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected and contacted, time permitting. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to verify address, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (“Affidavit”), provide a copy of a valid driver’s license, and verify proof of insurance. Failure to return the Affidavit, a copy of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner from the remaining eligible Grand Prize Drawing Entries, time permitting. Grand Prize will not be awarded, and Entrant will not be confirmed as the Grand Prize Winner until all such properly executed forms are returned. Sweepstakes Entities, in their sole discretion, will attempt to contact the Grand Prize Winner in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Grand Prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. For tax reporting purposes, the Grand Prize Winner must provide Administrator with a valid social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize Winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize received.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the corresponding Entry Period and for the Grand Prize Drawing.

6. PRIZES: The following prizes are available to be won:

 Entry Period Prizes: There are thirty four (34) Entry Period Prizes available, each consisting of one (1) $100 eBay Motors gift card (gift card subject to separate terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions which can be found by visiting https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/paying-items/ebay-gift-cards?id=4640); and one (1) HARDY Prize Pack valued at $50. Approximate Retail Value of each Entry Period Prize: One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).

Cumulative ARV of all Entry Period Prizes: $5,100

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available consisting of  Grand Prize Winners choice from two (2) available Grand Prize options:

Grand Prize Option 1:

180. One (1) Ford F250 truck, customized by Sponsor with custom parts from eBay Motors (the “Vehicle“). The ARV of the Vehicle, including the original Vehicle Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) and all customizations is One Hundred Thirty Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($130,180.37).
181. One (1) guitar signed by Hardy, with an ARV of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
182. One (1) $100 eBay Motors gift card (gift card subject to separate terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions which can be found by visiting https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/paying-items/ebay-gift-cards?id=4640).
183. One (1) HARDY Prize Pack with an ARV of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
184. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to offset tax liability. If income taxes exceed such amount, the additional expenses shall be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, as applicable.

      Cumulative ARV of Grand Prize Option 1: $142,330.37

Grand Prize Option 1 Vehicle Conditions: The MSRP of the vehicle, and value of Vehicle customization upgrades are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the MSRP and customization upgrades are estimated for purposes of the Sweepstakes and the date the Vehicle is awarded. Vehicle is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind, except as expressly stated herein. The color, features and equipment of the Vehicle (including, but not limited to, model, make, color, year, options and accessories) will be determined by the Sponsor in its discretion. Images of Vehicle depicted on any promotional material or Website may not be the actual Vehicle awarded, at Sponsor’s discretion. Title, taxes, registration, license, and similar fees, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner in accordance with local, state and federal laws. Vehicle will be delivered to a location near the Grand Prize Winners primary legal residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities) at a date and time mutually agreed upon by the Sweepstakes Entities, Grand Prize Winner, and location representative. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle.  The Vehicle delivery timeline will be communicated directly to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses not listed for the Grand Prize, including but not limited to travel to and from the designated delivery location to accept delivery of the Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall use all reasonable efforts to award the Vehicle within one hundred and eighty (180) days after receipt of the Affidavit, as described in Section 4. The Grand Prize Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve the Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present a valid U.S. driver’s license and will be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery of the Vehicle. Vehicle is pre-owned by for the purpose of custom fabrication and tour display. Ownership of the Vehicle will be transferred from the (the original owner) to the Winner. Unless otherwise stated, Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle Owner’s Guide, which shall run for the term set forth in said Owner’s Guide. Custom fabrication will include the express limited warranties set forth in the eBay Motors Standard Fabrication Agreement, which shall run for the term set for in said eBay Motors Standard Fabrication Agreement. Vehicle will have up to 15,000 miles at time of transfer. Custom fabrication may void certain limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle Owner’s Guide.

Grand Prize Option 2:

1. Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) awarded in the form of a check.
2. One (1) guitar signed by Hardy, with an ARV of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may designate the Administrator to handle winner selection, notification and fulfillment tasks on Sponsor’s behalf. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant, on behalf of themself, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize, each Entrant, on behalf of themself, agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities, HARDY, Big Loud Records, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies together with the Immediate representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties“) from any and all actions, claims, injuries, losses or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of a prize. Further, each Entrant authorizes the Sponsor and its agents and their designees to use their photo, name, address, voice, likeness, testimonial, prize information and personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) in advertising, marketing, programming, publicity or promotional materials, in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, to the Winner to the extent permitted by law. Grand Prize Winner may be asked to participate in select publicity activities and events, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind including personal injury or death caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize including participation in any activity or travel related thereto, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of any Winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials or activities associated with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time for any reason or should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, extenuating circumstance or other problem/cause corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, will select winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sweepstakes Entities representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY AWARD AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND 3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, any alleged violation of these Official Rules, any controversy relating to the arbitrability of any dispute, or any claim that the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, is invalid, illegal or otherwise voidable (or void), shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration to be held solely in Indiana under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and pursuant to its Commercial Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. Any and all claims, judgments, liabilities and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with your use of the Entry Form, or otherwise accessing the Entry Form, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waive, all rights to claim, punitive, special, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  This arbitration provision shall be deemed to be self-executing, and in the event that either party fails to appear at any properly noticed arbitration proceeding, an award may be entered against such party notwithstanding said failure to appear.  In no event shall any Entrant seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of this Sweepstakes.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Sweepstakes, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sweepstakes Entities, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such privacy policy, these Official Rules shall control. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to correspond with you via email regarding the Sweepstakes, to share your email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information with the corresponding Sweepstakes Entities or third parties for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration, communication and fulfillment or for any other purposes permitted by these Official Rules or the Privacy Policy. 10. WINNER LIST: To obtain a list of the names of Sweepstakes Winners, send a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “eBay Motors + HARDY Sweepstakes“ Winners, 2100 E. Robinson Ave., Orlando, FL 32803. Requests for the name of the Winners must be received no later than January 31, 2024.
