Sunday night’s unveiling of the new C7 Corvette Stingray started the 2013 North American International Auto Show with a resounding media boom. Immediately after the unveiling of a red hot C7 Corvette, the press set the digital media channels on fire with images and specs of GM’s next generation halo car. Continuing the media hype of the 2014 Corvette this week is news that GM donated the first issue of a limited edition run of press kits to the American Cancer Society (ACS), which is auctioning them off on eBay.
From our GM spokesperson, the press kit to be auctioned off will be from the invite-only reveal of the all-new C7 Corvette and will include one-of-a-kind features, including:
- Signatures from key GM executives
- A commemorative plaque
- Printed color booklet
- USB jump drive w/ additional product images and information”
