The Porsche 911 SC (1978-1983) introduced a host of improvements over prior generation 911s. Faster, safer, more reliable and even sexier, the SC is described by most Porsche mechanics as ‘bulletproof.’ Many were built, and plenty of those examples have turned several hundred thousand miles. Still, if you can find one with just five figures on the odometer, it would have to be considered more collectible.
This particular car was purchased new in California, and shows only 75k miles since new. The selling dealer claims that the black paint is in extremely nice condition, that the interior is very clean, and that the engine has been well maintained. And it’s easy to agree with the seller when he says there aren’t many one owner, low mileage, California SCs available in this condition.
