1964 Porsche 356C

This 1964 Porsche 356C will catch everyone’s attention when you go cruising by—and not just because it’s bright green. The 356C was the last iteration of Porsche’s first car, and the first one to feature four wheel disc brakes.

The car is said to be powered by its numbers matching 1600-cc flat four-cylinder and four-speed manual. The tidy engine bay still sports the correct 6 volt system. Despite inherent 6-volt cranking limitations, the seller claims the car still starts perfectly.

The interior is said to be very original with only some tears. More importantly, the car isn’t rusty. Due to the car’s steel unibody construction, severe rust rendered many of these cars unrestorable, unless the restorer wanted to spend significantly more than the finished product would be worth.

Recent sales of 1963-65 Porsche 356Cs on eBay Motors have averaged over $33k for good condition examples and $50k for excellent examples. Click here to see this car’s listing.
